Roe v. Wade will never be overturned. Polls show that 76% of Americans favor keeping abortion legal, the republicans know full well that if RvW is axed that they will lose most of their moderate base just to please the 12% who are labeled the religious right.

Even if Roe is overturned the states will still be able to decide if they want to keep abortion legal, women will just travel to another state to have one, most likely with free assistance from pro-choice groups.
