Midnight Marauders. Better production. I love The Low End Theory, but it doesn't flow like MM and it's not quite as consistent.

Low End is my favorite... I love the samples and the message behind different songs... They seem to flow so well together on that album.. Tip Top shit.... Plus "Scenario" is the first song I probably ever memorized front to back.... Not to mention Diamond D in that one track, I think its called "the business"... Unless I am getting confused with Diamond's LP...

Low End is probably the more historically/culturally significant of the two, but Midnight Marauders is pretty much perfect. However, Low End does have Check The Rhyme, which has one of the best drum tracks on a rap song ever. But Midnight Marauders is pretty much perfect.
Midnight Marauders.

Midnight Marauders. It's a little deeper than Low End Theory, in my opinion.

people give these albums a little bit too much respect and admiration to the point that i'm starting to find neither one of them all that impressive. I mean i love both of them but the way people suck on it so hard makes it seem like they should be the equivalent of jesus kickin fat lyrics over beats produced by the apostles.

i feel the same way actually. neither of them really amaze me that much, but they're still good albums. if i didn't own either of them now, i very much doubt i would even buy them now.
