There's an article in Chart Magazine about this...there's a thread on my local music scene message board that speaks of this. Should I just copy paste what they have taken from Chart?

You know, I think they may have a case. I saw the Burger King commercial and thought "Wow this band sucks more balls than any other band I have ever heard." Until I rememberd Slipknot. They can easily sue over Burger King stripping them from their beloved "Suckiest Band Ever" award.
