A guy with a girl's name.

i say the guy, because his school buddies would tear him up
the girl would get made fun of, but i dont think it would be so harsh. and if she looks good, guys wouldnt care

like a girl called jeff or something?
or a guy called sarah?
both would suck equally.

I also knew a girl named Francis.
my mothers parents were francis and frances
or frank and franny.
thats one of those names that goes either way really, it just depends on the spelling

It seems like a fairly common name, Francis (or Frances).

I know two guys with girl's names...Stacy and Lindsey. And they're both hot as hell.
Actually, I don't ever recall either one of them getting picked on or anything.

It sounds a lot worse for a guy to have a girl's name because there's much more pressure for the man to be macho than to a girl to be feminine. That's the way it is, at least from my perspective. Some girls who are a bit masculine may even be considered cool, but a man being a little bit feminine is definitely going to suffer from being called gay. Not that we are talking about that.:p

Being a guy with a girl's name would be much much worse than anything... I think even girls with guy's names would pick on you.
Why are you intentionally bumping old freads?

Women can pull off a "male" moniker better than vice-versa.
Though seeing an actress credited as "Michael" kinda threw me the other day. Michael? That's a kind of screwy thing to name a girl.

well i have a guy's name, not really a common one, but still.
and some people pronounce it donna :/
kinda sucks you don't have a choice over your name! but i like my name
anyway. because that's what people know me as....
it would be odd dating a guy named dana. but that wouldn't stop me though...then it'd be even weirder to get married and have the same name. in that case, i'd keep my own name. yeah i've been thinking about things like that :S

because i've never even met anyone else with my name O_o
and i normally don't talk to myself. sometimes.
