I had a migraine earlier and it's starting to go away. I went to work anyway and was complaining about it there. My brother said "I hope you have a fucking tumor. Get back to work."
Ten minutes later he says "If it is a tumor, you're not getting insurance through here, so you're gonna die on your own dime, ass."
Such a kidder.

If my brother said something like that to me, I'd stab him in the eye with a screwdriver.

Maybe your brother and my brother are the same people. My brother used to say things like that to me all the time and then he'd half-wallop me on the head. :D
Migraines suck. I hope you're feeling better sooner than soon.

Once, when I was working at the deli, I started getting this massive headache at work. I told the boss about it and said if it didn't let up in about forty-five minutes that I was going to head home, because it was getting pretty unbearable.
Well, forty-five minutes came and went and the sucker headache was still there... so I went home with the boss's approval. After being home for about fifteen minutes my headache went away. Making me wonder what the hell that could mean. The next day, when I went back to work, same deal with the headache... this time I didn't go home though, I was just going to try and stick it out.
As soon as I got off my shift, once I got home, the headache went away again. I concluded that it was work related and I had to get the hell out of there. So, I started looking for other jobs and quit about a week and a half later... once I actually was employed somewhere else, that is.
The moral of the story, dear reader, is to quit your job and find one that doesn't suck. Maybe all your problems are work related. Hey, it's possible!

I'm sort of his secretary/assistant. I don't really deal with the actual goings on. I'm more of the 'go to Dunkin Donuts and get two dozen sugar and bring me a cup of coffee' guy. I couldn't give a shit because I'm making more than I did at the theater.
He really wasn't being mean either. He's always like that. Yesterday he told me to fuck off, I screamed 'DON'T BE SUCH A FUCKING GAYLORD!' leaving his office. Then we ate lunch.

my head aches right now. but i don't believe it is because of work. what i do believe is that, if i drink a lot of water, it will go away. and i'll have to pee. i also believe if i think it will go away, it will go away. so start thinking, steve. :o
