and it's odd because he never, ever gets sick like this. he said the last time he was this bad was about four years ago. the fact that he has Crohn's means his immune system is hyperactive, so it's very rare that anything actually gets to him. but when it does, hoo boy.

so he's got a fever and a little delirious now and it's kind of funny because he's shivering and making really bad jokes.

no point here, really, except that it sucks. how you guys doing?

Boomin' has called me the last two nights. Can't remember what he said, but Cosmo woke me up both times cause he'd brought a mouse in the house. Both him and Chloë have been eager hunters this summer, bringing prey to my feet at 3 am. There's a huge mouse and bird cemetary under my balcony....
