My coworker told me some shit that when I go back to the states, all I have to do is flash my d.o.d. badge at the rental car place and I get free milage. I'm really thinking it's a crock of shit but it's worth a try.

I dunno about the free milage thing (most places give you unlilmited miles anyway) but to get the under 25 fee waived you have to be travelling on official orders.
