I just took it out. Now it has to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. 10 whole minutes! I want to eat it now! Now!

There is a coffe shop I go to called the daily grind in Baltimore and they have awsome zucchini muffins, you made me want one thanks, I'm already at work!
