I'm going to Italy soon and just need a bit of info on something. The internet hasn't otherwise helped.
So anyone here from Italy?
Thanks.

Not born and raised...but I have been several times. Where in Italy will you be? I have some great off the beaten track spots if you are interested...depends on where you'll be though.

Thanks! Yeah, thats exactly what I'm looking for. I'd like to do a 1 or 2 day hill/mountain walk. I'll be on my own for 3 days before I meet up with my best friend for his wedding. Flying into Rome.
Any ideas? I don't really mind travelling far, as long as I can get there by bus or train.

bussolai (formerly laura) is italian, but i haven't seen her around in a while. you might try PMing her though, maybe she still reads the board now and then.

I saw the episodes of "Everyone Loves Raymond" a few times when he was in Italy. I might be of some help.
