i've taken a renewed interest in coloring lately...
one thing i noticed is that the 24 box of crayons lacks any definition i the darker green and brown shades.
i mean, why do i need bot a red violet, and a violet red? or a yellow green and a green yellow? i could totally benefit from a deep forrest green and some killer shades of brown
becase, be honest, how many things do you color that are that crummy pea green color, or that really off shade of blue that isnt quite light enough for the sky, but too light to really be considered blue
just some thoughts....

Ah man, I have some crayons. I'll have to use them again but I see your point.
It's a bit like felt tips. How come the black one is so shit and runs out so quickly!?
i always liked cerulean.
get a 64 box, don't be such a scrooge

Last time I bought some crayons they didnt have enough colours. I should have bought the 24 pack instead of the 12. 12 doesnt really cut the mustard for a Harry Potter colouring book now.

64 is where it's at....except for Cornflower Blue....they should get rid of that crayon. It never colored very well. It was like writing with a candle. (n)

I remember when they were taking submissions for the new colors. What colors did they erradicate? Maize was one of them.

so you can hide all your wrinkles
i love how they have violet, and have to put purple in parenthesis. becuase honestly, if you can't tell by looking at it, then you shouldnt be using that color anyway

they had to get rid of it! there was a big controversy over it! seems people have more than one color of flesh!

No, it is certain shade that only matches one skin tone, the affect is to appear that you aren't wearing pantyhose, but how many women all have that exact skin tone?
But, yeah, nice hit with the old jokes. I'm going to go cry now.

I <3 the boxes with the built in sharpeners cause that shit would ruin your regular pencil sharpener

I ate a crayon once and ended up in the ER. I guess I have a weak stomach when it comes to fuschia.

I hated when crayons snapped and then I had to hold the tiny weeny point of the crayon between my fingers and my wrist muscles would start to hurt after excessive hand movement.
Kinda similar to masturbation.

When I was in my first grade I had a box of assorted crayons, all different sorts I'd collected during my first 7 years. They weren't just your ordinary Crayola's, there was some amazing different metallic colors as well. They were so heavy the bottom of the box busted several times scattering all the crayons on the classroom floor. My teacher finally exploded and took my crayons away. I never got them back. I've always hated that teacher ever since, and everyone who shared his name (which, fortunately, was very rare in Finland: Amos).
And never even thought of to cellotape the box...
