i know this sounds lame, but if you dont already, rub salt and olive oil on them before you put 'em in the oven. it makes a lot of difference. i expect you can do it with herbs and stuff too but ive never tried. be imaginative!

lol. well, i probably works in a microwave but as everyone knows, food's not as nice cooked in a microwave ;) if you ever cook 'em in the oven, give it a try.

I prefer roasted to baked

cut em up into chunks add onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and alotta lot of garlic

tossing cut up carrots, beets, and parsnips into this mix is heavenly too

i like roasted too. i just have a bowl of them for lunch sometimes lol.

but this is just a tip for baked. ;) my mum also makes these cool carrots where she puts this slightly sweet, tangy stuff on them and roasts them. thats really nice too. if you want i can find out what it is.
