well since mike-d is hanging over at rick rubins house in Fade to Black I am pretty sure its no big deal, its russel simmons they were pissed at for jackin em.

No I don't think they're really pissed at Russell Simmons, because I remember reading a fairly recent article posted on these boards where Mike D interviewed Russell Simmons, or maybe the other way around, and they got on fine.
