Okay, so Australians have all seen it, and I think we can agree that its a top fricken add. You know what I'm talking about, the carlton draught one. This is not spam btw, because i dont even like carlton that much except on tap at the radison. Everywhere else its kinda shitty. But this ad is pure gold. This is for the aussies who can't get enough of it and the overseas people who havent been blessed to see it yet. (http://www.bigad.com.au/)

That was the funny part for me--that, and then when the beer people were all frolicky in the guy's tummy.

I didn't think the first part was funny---the singing and rushing around bits. Only once I saw that the sum total of them was forming stuff did I laugh.

Australians rule but I'm biased by association.

i doubt it's trying to be funny. i think it's just meant to be all "FUCK YEAH, LETS GO BUY SOME CARLIES!! AND GET DRUNK! YEAAAAAH!!" - something like that. but it could be funny. it's more grand and 'whoa' than funny.

Yeah its definitely contextually funny, but even as a an ad on its own its still pretty awesome.

every single forum i use, has a link to it. often several. stupid advertising company has done well by putting it online and spreading the word. you are all free advertising!

did i mention i am sick of this ad.

apparently theres another version floating around called smallad.

i'm yet to see it.

one ad i liked ages ago was the Tag huger ad i think, with Tiger Woods and Juan Pablo Montoya, where they're in monte carlo i think and juan pablo takes off to do a lap and tiger woods drives the golf ball hard and bounces off everywhere and when juan pablo gets back to the start line the golf ball's in his wheel rim

for some reason i really like that one
