My boss left yesterday and will be gone the rest of the week. I thought I was gonna get a nice little break from him and get a whole bunch of shit done without him piling more things on my desk. instead, shit compeletly hit the fan yesterday.....angry clients, home office lost the paperwork, problem after problem. I spent all day puting fires out. today has been better but I have still been interupted all day by clients asking me to do stupid little things for them. :rolleyes:

I thought my boss being gone would be a good thing. I was wrong.

Still, I've been able to take refuge on the board today and I couldn't do that if he were here.

yeah...the boss at work stayed too long,sticking his nose in and the shift leader came back from holiday and didn't let us go a bit early than usual

Every time my boss leaves something major breaks and a huge mess ensues...I nearly have a heart attack and barely resolve the situation just in time for him to come back and laugh at me.

My boss is sort of passive-agressive with me, but he can be pretty demanding with other people I work with. When I "get in trouble" from him, it's like he's trying to not be a pest and he's just kind of apologetic. It's weird, I guess.
