This is half the reason that I believe we should learn to ignore trolls rather than just ban them. They'll go and post their exploits at somewhere like Free Republic or read something to the effect of "A Dumbass's Guide to Proxy Servers", and either way, we'll likely be stuck with at least one more troll until they slip up and do something which justifies another ban (which I believe was over a year in the case of gmsisko), and the cycle starts over.
