and he sits right next to me. the whole class i spend helping this guy out. he's always haveing problems. he holds the mouse botton down and doesn't release it and then he starts whineing and sighing. then he will single click when he's suppose to double click and vice versa. he doesn't know how to do the simplest things. every morning when we all turn the pc's on it asks for a password. and all the pc's in the entire school are the same. it asks for a password before windows boots up and all you do is just hit enter. well everyday he tries to enter his unsername and password that we use for this online class thing that the class uses. and everday he tries to struggle with this bullshit and he freaks out becuase he can't work it out. EVERY FUCK'N DAY. and the chick that sits next to him on the other side tries to help. but she's like puerto rican. i mean like full blown puerto rican. and the old guy is this extrtemely white 45 year old. and they just don't get one another. so she constantly confuses him. now i have to come in for the rescue. the class is taught from the perspective that you have had some basic computer skills. i mean the prof. walks us through step my step on how to save files and shit. meanwhile im just fuckn' around on the computer not even paying attention and the fuckn' old motherfucker can't even use the goddamn mouse. oh yeah one more thing. he doesn't understand the function of the shift key. NO YOU'RE TYPING IN 2 YOU NEED TO HIT SHIFT TO TYPE IN @. FUCKER!

I wonder why someone who doesn't have elementary computer skills would even sign up for a CAD class.
Maybe the time when he reaklly needed your help, Turd, was at Registration.

I knew someone who was old (really old--not 45 but like 80) and in a situation like what you're describing. It wasn't that he didn't know how to use the mouse. It was that his fingers weren't able to operate it as quickly as his brain was telling them to.

this guy always seems to loose the little mouse pointer on the screen. then he goes "MY ARROW'S GONE!!!" and he gets all freaked out and shit.

All this talk of getting old, It's getting me down my love...
You'll be old one day too! Self-defecation is not a case of if, but when!
We had some twat working here and when she first started, she lifted the mouse in the air and made circular motions with it trying to get it to work. It made me laugh, but I soon regretted laughing at her because every 10 minutes I would have to show her how to do something in excel. The same thing I showed her 20 minutes ago. Thank god she is gone.
+ rumour has it that she didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom.

hahaha
now that's bad
I find it very funny that there is always a Puerta Rican, African American or Asian in a TurdBerglar's stories. My Mom took a computer class. She has macular degeneration and cannot see well. Not to mention that she has never used a computer. My Pops said he sat in on a class and the instructor seemed to dread answering her questions. I know she asked me about how she could turn off her CPS. I asked what a CPS was and finally realized she meant CPU.
Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day. Teach that person to use the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.

are you using autocad i imagine? that shit is easy, and can do just about anything you want
thank goodness people in my classes know computers, even if most of them think they know more that what they do
it always bugged me when i would be doing somehting with a co-worker, and something wasnt working, and i knew the things they were doing woulndt make the difference, and i told them this, and they still tried it anyway. or even worse is the "try it again a little later" thing, when its a stupid computer program error, not like i am waiting for the next batch of bagels to come out of the oven

Am I twisted because this made me laugh?
Old people are demented.

yes autocad 2005. and some of the books came with copies of autocad 2005. which is quite expensive. but my book didn't and this old fuck doesn't even have a computer to use it. i asked him if i could borrow his disk to install it. and he was worried that i would take his registration key. i told him not to worry about it. i'd find my own key. he gave me this dirty look and stuffed his cd back into this backpack. dick head

haha! thats hilarious!!
i know this kid who is a complete computer nerd and always talks about it. when i told him that i had obtained a free copy of auto cad 2005, he got jeleous because he had never gotten anything that expensive for free. i enjoyed that moment, because he always talks about how he has like every major software downloaded to his computer...
when i took the class, we used version 2003, i dont think much of anything was changed though...

Does he have previous experience in this area and is just learning the computer side of things or is he a complete newbie to it all? Sounds like he's wasting his time, will he even pass?

I've sorta assumed the position of lab leader and I don't mind helping, but if she doesn't have any input and only works off our hypotheses and tags along with our work, unfortunately I will have to put my foot in her eye.
Feh, demand fellatio first. Or, if she is minging, some other sort of arrangement. Like cooking, cleaning, or providing booze.

hahahah
we had a rotary phone. it had to been 50 years old. in fact it was so old that it was originally supplied by the phone company and we were still getting billed like a few bucks a month for it's survice. they didn't have a cordless phone in the house till i bought one when i was like 17. but my father and grandmother were terrified to use it so i just kept it in my room. then my mother got feed up and finally bought a really cool phone set. my grandmother holds the new phone like if it's extremely delicate. and when it rings she looks out the window to see what all the racket is.
