Name of some "Rap" Group???

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this group I remember seeing on VH1. I remember it was on like I love the 80s or worst hip hop moments or something. It was a group of white teenagers, I wanna say in the early 90s and they said something to the effect of "We don't see blackness as a skin color but more of a mindset" or something like that. THey were wack if anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about Young Black Teenagers, a group that got it's name from Chuck D.

Chuck's also responsible for a few other idiotic names like Busta Rhymes and MF911, a gay ass group from the mid 90's.
