i've accidentally done it before (usually while drunk), and my friends just kind of laugh and smile politely and try to change the topic ASAP. if i ever relate something that i found amusing on here, i try to be smoooooth about it. instead of saying "this one time on the message board this guy said", i'll say "a friend of mine told me a funny story once" or something.

i dont really want my friends to know i post here. not because they'd think i was a geek (they already know that), i just dont want them reading my posts is all. if i ever wanna complain about them, where else would i go?
