That whole aspect of race realtions has always amused me. If there was a White History month, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, all hell would break loose. Muhfukka's would get straight ignant.

FUBU clothing is a perfect example. FUBU stands for For Us By Us. If white people started any-fucking-thing that had 'For Us' in it, we would be screaming bloody murder.

I am familiar with that whole mess but there is nothing in the brand name that says 'you can't wear this, only we can.' Isn't that the message that FUBU is trying to get across? Aren't we the ones always fighting, demanding and striving for equality and inclusion then we turn around and come up with some shit like FUBU. That's just fucking backwards to me, man. Saying something really stupid, as Tommy did, is one thing but actually naming and marketing and international clothing line that blatantly separates and excludes is something entirely different.

I'm not defending Tommy Hilfiger. I couldn't care less about him. I don't wear Tommy because of his racist remarks. I don't wear FUBU either. No particular reason. I just don't. But I do think these two situations are worlds apart.

This post should not be made a mockery of - even though I do not wear FUBU apparel myself because I think its racist.
