someone help me. Seriously. My bf thought he Tivo'd it and he didn't and I missed it and so now I am rabid at the mouth and flipping out because I want to see it before this coming weeks episode.

If ANYONE has it on their comp and wants to tranfer it to me via a messenger or knows of a place where I can get it please do tell me! please please please.

Also I would have asked in the Lost thread but I was about to read possible spoilers :p

yeah I am trying that. Shit isn't downloading though. Then again I never used torrents before. How do I do this? I just clicked on it, and then it's in the bit torrent, but it sits at 0 and downloads 0 :/ I've tried like 3 of them now.

I don't get it.

Lost and Desperate Housewives along with the brand new Geena Davis is president show sincerely makes me want to slash the faces off the people who run ABC.

Long live William Fichtner in Invasion though. The show is shit, but he's the swell.

If you (know how to) use newsgroups/usenet you should try alt.binaries.multimedia. It's been posted on there about four hours ago. You should be able to get it in a little while (depending on your connection speed obviously).

I got it supposedly via torrent and apparently it's an invalid avi file. I tried downloading 5 billion (okay not really but still) codecs and various things to fix the issue and at this point, after like over an hour of trying to get it to work I give up.

This sucks ass :mad:

They didn't move the story along except for finding out you'll find out more about the "Others" this week.

I'm just discovering the wonders of the first season of "Lost". I'm on episode 5 of the DVD. WOO! (y)

So I couldn't possibly be following the shenanigans of Season 2 (lemme guess, they STILL haven't been rescued yet? ;) ).

Speaking of missed episodes for shows created by J.J. Abrams, not only did I miss the "Alias" season finale, but I also missed the season premiere on Thursday!! URGH! I've fallen behind. I won't know what's going on in this second episode. Grr! :mad:

Try downloading a free program called g-spot (ooooh), it lets you load the avi and it will tell you exactly what codecs it needs and what codecs you have. If you got it off of a torrent the file should be good as it gets hashed and/or crc'd etc.

I totally got the episode off of limewire dudes.

I tried all those torrent links and for whatever reason my bfs computer connection was shit. The fastest I got was 4KB/s.

When I left limewire on overnight I got one that worked no problem :) woohoo.

And those of you that don't like Lost, leave my thread before I kick you in the ass. Thanks <3
