Okay so for this week's Sunday night NFL Bonanza that my friends and I have made a ritual I decided to cook something different. Usually when it's my turn I just bring steaks or something cus that's the type of stuff I know how to cook well. Anyway my favorite food is my Mom's enchiladas and rice but I have never even attempted to cook them. Well I did this week and everyone at the gathering loved em. I'm pretty darn proud of myself.

lol that was my touch I saw it in a picture once...anyway my kitchen was trashed but I scrubbed it clean
