He started vomiting bloody stuff this morning at 4 am.

me =verry worried

he's under observation until this afternoon when his test results come back. I'm at work trying to earn money so I can pay the huge bill he's already racked up. And basically it sucks.

I can't live without my dog, so they better fix him. :(

hey thanks all!

he's home and doing better. He's pretty worn out from his day at the vet but happy to be home. As usual, even after all the tests they still aren't sure what happened other than he ate something that he shouldn't have. oh well. I'd pay any price to make him well, he's family.

they did give him a funny hair cut cause they shaved his legs to draw blood and give him and IVs in shit and now he looks like a poodle. he is a poodle, but usually I don't give him that funny hair cut. and...oh nevermind :o

I know how you feel - my dog is like a "real" person. She was diagnosed with heart worms and I thought nothing to pay the $800 for the treatment. I was on the forever payment plan with my vet but she is worth it! I am glad your dog is home!

I hope ur dog is okay. Some butcher of a vet almost killed my dog once. Her intestines were hanging out of a hole in her stomach because of the stitching job they did.

Good news! :)

Something similar happened to my dog sometime around last September. He was vomiting blood as well. They did surgery on him because they thought there was something stuck inside, and it turns out absolutely nothing! They put him on IV, and he was better the next day! It was a miracle, but a bloody expensive one ($1200.00).
