Jesus Christ that was embarrassing. I hope they had to talk to a whole lot of people who knew that was Australia before they found those idiots. I would have figured that one of the only things Americans know about Australia is that it's the big funny shaped thing all by itself at the bottom of the map.

P.S. It was also hilarious.

Holy God!

Talk about geographical ignorance!

Maybe ignorance is bliss, but the fact that Australia and Tasmania could be so mislabeled and that NO ONE they show didn't catch it....WTF is wrong with public education in the US?

Ok, you Libs out there, if this isn't a ringing endorsement for getting rid of publicly funded education, I don't know what the heck is....

I just realised just now north korea is alot larger than south korea, I didn't know it was that large like that

hahahahaha...I sure hope that was staged but usually it isn't. These guys hit the leader of the opposition over the head with an inflatable baseball bat (like one you get in a showbag or something) and he got really pissed off and almost punched them.

Hence the electing of George Bush is actually possible in this country...

yeah, that'll work

getting rid of public schools will clearly make 21st century Americans change their entire world view, become less less self involved, and make them care about what's going on in other bits of the globe. :D

Yeah, Americans are idiots. Have you seen Jaywalking on the Tonight Show? I don't like Leno, but Jaywalking's amusing. It's amazing when they get people in specific fields that have no idea who a main figure from their field is. For example: "Yeah, I'm studying government and politics at UCLA." "Who's this?" ::holds up picture of Condi Rice:: "Oh, shit I know that. She was on the Jeffersons." Or something equally as retarded.

You'd be surprised how many dumbasses there are out there.

Maybe this (http://www.satirewire.com/news/jan02/australia.shtml) is why Americans are so ignorant of Australia?
