I am sure Cosmo will be coming along to your rescue at any moment LOL

btw when you say snacks, do you mean like to make from scratch, or like high protein snacks you cna just buy on the go?

One thing you can get that's a great snack and high protein is edamame - soybeans in the pod. If there is a good Asian grocery in your city or a nearby town, you should be able to find them. (Possibly even in some major supermarkets, as they are becoming more popular as a helathy snack in the west.) Usually they are sold frozen in big bags. You just poil them for a few minutes, drain, throw on some salt, and then eat them out of the shells, and they're yummy. You can either eat them still hot, or let them cool and pack them 'to go' and eat em cold, whichever suits you at the time.

no worries. If you can't find them in a shop, if there's a Japanese restaurant not for from you, you could also try asking there. They may be able to order extra from their supplier, and you can buy from them. Probably not the most cost effective way to go about it, but an option nonetheless.

basically use a butterknife to fill the ridges with peanut butter. try topping them with raisins or dried berries, too...ants on a log! it's also good with cream cheese.

yogurt is also a good snack, as long as there's not too much sugar...

Ooh, you know what's really nice this time of year? Apple wedges with cheddar cheese. Right now while you can get local apples in season especially. Get a nice juicy crisp apple, cut it into wedges, and eat each wedge with a little slice of sharp, mature cheddar. The contrast of flavours and textures is delicious.

yo... here's what me diggin' nowadays.

put a little olive oil up in the pan and heat that shit up.

necks you place an organic wrap (preferably spinach or garlic) in the pan and smother the upside with vegetarian refried beans.

sprinkle some cheese up on that bitch while the underside is sizzlin'.

put another wrap on top and flip the entire quesadilla over so the new wrap be sizzlin'.

cover the skillet for a few so that cheese be like melted.

cut that jawn into quarters and (chick, chick) boo-yaaaaaaaaaah!

no funny... make sure you have a good salsa with it.

enjoy dat shit. good snack for late night crammin' and backgammon.
