You have all heard my rants about the injustices going on in the middle east, but assuming a lack of reactionary posting that might provoke me into wading in, I'd like to sit back and hear your (Israelis) take on the following news article:

Feelings on the matter?

If there are any Palestinians who'd like to put forward an opinion (are there any palestian posters here?) - try to keep it non-inflammatory given the subject is Israeli infighting...

Interested. I was hoping for some insider information. Explanations about how they differ from the others, other than being "extremists" - IE if they came from a specific region, or sect, or demographic of population. If they had specific political or social affiliations (clubs, etc).

What the scoop was.

I think it is very sad that these people would behave this way, but I don't live there and can't truly understand how they feel. I don't understand why it always turns to violence there.
