Is Adrock bi-polar? Most artists are. Everytime I see an interview with him on tv, even on the download, he just looks very bummed out all the time... :( I mean I've read his bios and everything, so it's definitely understandable. If he does have it, I wonder if it runs in his family.

One minute he's all goofy and egocentric = manic state

The next minute he's frowing and not in the mood ( looking down, picking his nails, very quiet) = depressive state

I'm definitely bi-polar, ever since I was a kid, it's genetic in my family(mom, dad, grandpa, cousin),...TRUST ME!! on top of the world one sec...feeling like the world is on top of me the next... plus mood swings, uncontrollable crying/laughing, too energetic/too fatigued, high self-esteem/low self-esteem,
Dr. Jekyl/Mr.Hyde :eek:

The mood shifts happen so fast, you're like a ticking time bomb... anything will set you off!!

Well I know I am for sure, ain't everybody? I notice what you're saying though, maybe it's the interviewer and his/her questions. :D

my sis-in-law is.....however the medication can be very helpful if taken at the aloted time. im no dr. ....but i have family that are bi-polar....and the longest ive seen a person not fall into that state is about 12 years str8....

i know that AdRock is taintaLiZing, thats for sure!! :D

He wouldnt be Bi-Polar, on the interviews an shit he's just chillin. Other times in the interviews he's chillin but being goofy in a serious way. Like when they were interviewed in Japan. He was like "yeah in the check it out video mike gets hit by a loaf of bread, an its no laughing matter, "ITs NOT FUNNY" he sais that last bit with the most serious face hahaha.

it also depends on the questions.....if he finds them irrelivant or full of it...he'll smurk and say something sarcastically witty.....he is very sly. :p

especially with Russell Simmons! :eek:

i have it, sometimes at school it gets to a point where they make me sit in the library. i am just glad that my friends understand what is going on. i mean, i dont want them to think i hate them at times, and then like them the next.

but yeah, adrock always seems to be like that. i see what you mean. (y)

I think he does fine with interviews....just look at the one in the SABATOGE DVD/VHS, explaining how they all do there own stunts. KiCK..CHOP....HEADLOCK...NOogIE!! Then he slicks his hair back!! :D

I wish I could get on the HUB thing but my dad has some thing that blocks me from downloading anything, and he took the speakers away. Evil controling bastard. :mad: But yeah, besides the HUB there's ones here (http://music.yahoo.com/ar-261852-videos--Beastie-Boys), and here (http://www.vh1.com/artists/az/beastie_boys/videos.jhtml). That's all I know though, does he look bummed in any of them? Hey, I know!!! Maybe he's just a little tired because he hasn't had his coffee yet. :D
