You'll need :
- 2,5 dl of cream
- 2 eggs
- about 100g of cooking dark chocolate
- 2 soup spoons of sugar
Separate the yellow of the eggs and put them in a bowl with the sugar. Keep the white. Boil some water in a saucepan, put the chocolate in heat resisting receptacle, and immerge it in the now hot water. Wait until the chocolate has melted, then add it to the eggs and sugar, mix it up. Whip the cream and add it to the rest and mix gently with a wooden tool until it's homogenous. Whip the white part of the eggs and very gently incorporate and mix with the rest. Cover with aluminium and put in the fridge for an hour or two at least. Eat like a pig. Voila you have a nice french style "Mousse au chocolat". :D
I haven't a clue about english cooking terms, so pardon if it's messy...
