I heard they mixed in some real news footage. Did that work? I don't like when they do that.

I love movies about journalists though.

i thought everything about the movie worked.

there's a subplot that's a bit worthless, but not worth nitpicking.

there are some rather large chunks of archival footage, but it only helps the story.

I'm not normally a George Clooney fan, but he was great on Fresh Air this week. He talked about how he only hired actors who were willing to smoke for real, and how he worked on the music.
