I am going to have to say that for me, the funniest current running gag on TV has to be on Conan O' Brien show, it's his running parody of late-night talk shows, the complete lack of chemistry between O'Brien and his band leader Weinberg.

The off timing and glaring stares between Max and Conan puts me in stitches.

What on TV cracks you up on a regular basis?

also for me on conan, when he pulls the lever for texas walker ranger clips (can't remember the title of show well) but still freakin' hilarious :D (y) :p
