Yeah, I've been rooting for the Sox too although I'm not into it enough to actually watch the games. Anyway, yeah, go Sox. Good lookin' out.

good game- three things from an Astros fan...

1. Roger Clemens went out after two innings and the Stros still had a chance to tie it late in the game... that has got give them some faith...

2. Houston bats are going to have to come alive if we want to stay in this series... we had runners on third for three innings straight and couldn't capitalize...

3. ChiSox Bullpen- very impressive- the manager made a sign for "fat and tall" and that big boy Jenks got the job done. what can i say 5 out of 6 batters struck out....

oh yeah, and I hope Crede catches Avian flu and is out for the rest of the series  he made some solid plays down the third base line...

what I love about the World Series is the unknown players that the other teams have never had to deal with.

Phil Garner will make some changes, you can count on it...

it's official- Houstons bullpen has been exposed...

Andy had a comfortable 4-2 lead and they put in Qualls, he gives up a Grand Slam to Konerko...

we get the game back within reach, tie it up late, put in "lights Out" Lidge, and he gives up a solo shot to the most nonslugger on the oppposing team...

how many HRs did Podsednik hit during the regular season? ZERO, maybe ONE...

houston MUST win 2 out of 3 at home to stay alive...

congratulations White Sox and to their fans...

they were clearly the team that deserved the World Series title...

as an Astros fan, it was a bitter pill to swallow, fighting to get to the Series, then getting swept while every game was winnable, at least within our reach late in every game...

the Chicago pitching was dominant, and the hitters made clutch plays when they had to... they took out Clemens in two innings, got under Oswalts skin in one inning(11 batters faced in 5th inning game 3, 5 runs scored) exposed Qualls and Lidge, and took advantage of the little breaks, the bad calls, they got alot of those too during the postseason, but they used them as momentum and like I said, they were the better team...

it seems they were destined to make certain plays, that uribe catch in the ninth of game 4 was an AllStar catch...

who's ready for basketball season?

Yea so I was at the bar last night and saw the win, although I felt like a poser rooting for the Sox, being a Cubs fan and all.

Very well said YR. And I'm surprised the Sox fans didn't burn the city down.

The Astros had real chances of winning every game...it just didn't happen.

congratulations White Sox and to their fans...
