It will doubtless have something to do with the chemical properties of Viagra, and the fact that it was originally developed and marketed as a blood pressure/heart medication, until they discovered it had this great side effect of producing unkillable boners. I betcha a buck the story is, the kid's got some kind of cardiac disorder and couldn't run and play and stuff for fear of dropping dead of a heart attack, and now she can.
