Lemme tell y'all what happened.

I had a young-savers account at the bank which was mine and my mom's, and 5 months after I turned 21, they started charging me money per month. But not every month. Once in February, then again in May and August. My balance always stayed above 100 dollars, like the young saver's said it should, but they charged me.

I go in and ask why they took money out. This one lady tells me "After you turn 18, it changes to an adult account." Then why didn't it change until now? "You turned 21, so it probably reviewed your accounts then, too. It should have been at 18, but I guess it started at 21." Why 5 months AFTER I turned 21? Why charging only certain months? Why not every month? And don't I have to get some sort of thing in the mail to tell me that they're going to start charging me? "Oh, well. I'm sure there's an explanation." Never mind, just give me my money and I'll put it in my checking.

"You can't do that." Why not? "Because it's a young savers account, you need your mom along with you to close it." But you just said it switched to an adult account. If it's still young savers, I should have NEVER been charged the extra money. Lemme speak to your manager. "She's not here." Then refund me the amount yourself and I'll be on my way. "I can't do that." Why not? "Because you're over 21 now and it's been taking money out like it should. You only have $100 in your account." But you just said it's young savers! WHAT THE HELL?

Every time I go into the bank, this same lady gives me the same shit. My mom went to another lady and she said she'd have no problem refunding it to me, that it was obviously a mistake, all she needed was for the both of us to be there. When we're both there, we get this fucking BITCH of a lady refusing to refund me my 9 DOLLARS. Just 9 lousy dollars. Not only that, she's rude, and she was rolling her eyes and talking down to us, like we're idiots. And when her manager told her to refund the 9 dollars the last time we were in there she was like "WHAT? Refund them the money? But it's not theirs!" "Yeah it is. Just do it." ::long sigh:: "Fine, it's refunded." But oh, no, my bank account is still missing that money. You didn't refund shit.

I think I'm either going to change banks or call my bank and complain about this woman, THEN switch my money. Not sure which one. Should I get her in trouble or no?
