I ate hella bugs! I rode elephants, shot a lot of guns (at a shooting range). Went to some island, met a monk in a temple (who gave me a ring). Partied with some friends from last year etc... anyway you all should get out there if you haven't yet.

ps. 169 days until THAILAND!!! :D

Sounds great, but tell us about the strippers, Tone. Did they pull/launch/shoot strange things out of their vaginas?

I've abandoned all my plans to go back there for year before uni. Just got off the phone with my auntie now. I think she was slagging me off because she was all "HING HINJFAR KNAR PWOLAHH NIT NOY."

Is it still hot season there? I like how the seasons are either bloody hot or bloody wet.

It rained a lot while I was there, it would actually flood after raining about 20 minutes, then the rain would stop and everything would dry up for the day :)

168 days, get your tickets reserved now because it will be hard to find a ticket later, it's some big ass water fight in the streets (on top of everything else) because of the Thai new year... so i hear.

i went when i was 10. riding and elephant still rates up there as one of the best experiences in my life. i got to sit on its neck, and they are such lovely animals (although i'd be scared to see one in the wild or a stampede of them)

Yeah about 10 minutes into the ride, the dude got off the elephants neck and started walking and told me to sit on the elephants neck (I had been sitting on a kinda bench on the elephant's back) so I did and it was pretty nervous, then the elephant went of the trail and started eat some bush and I was like "HEY!! What do I do?!?!" and homeboy told me to kick the elephants ear to steer it and I was like ~I ain't kicking an elephant in the ear!~ I did it gently though and was steering the elephant around. I fed it bananas after the ride :)

cute :)

my elephant was following another one with my dad and brother on it so i didn't have anyone leading it, it stayed on track. when we'd be going through dense forest (bush?) the elephant would flap its ears back against my legs and it would tickle! those ears are so big!

Yeah, I've done that! She was pregnant and really moany though. We went through the river and she'd gobble up plants as she went along.

Aaaaah, I've gotta do that again!
