Here's another Beastie remix I put together. To listen, right-click the link and save.

I wanna see some feedback on this one. I was going for a Butch Vig remix kind of vibe (like Shamrocks and Shenanigans). Enjoy.

Thanks.

The intro is Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind".
The beat was a handful of loops from Helmet's "Biscuits for Smut (Mutt Mix)" and the LP version of the same song (from the album "Betty").

The speaking parts are: Chevy Chase from Saturday Night Live, and Denis Leary.

I like the nyc sampels and the energy in the end.
what about, after "live from New York, it's..." then put "...the beastie boys" or "...adrock, mike d, mca" in..?

Actually, I was trying to get to sound as if the names of the boroughs were being introduced, like "Live from New York, it's Brooklyn, Bronx, etc..." Again, I was working under the influence of a House of Pain remix. :D
