i used to be a scrambled eggies fiend but obviously not anymore. i've gotten really good at making scrambled tofu. i make it from scratch...lately i've been making that with a slice of tofutti cheese and vegan breakfast sausage on either a toasted bagel or sprouted bread...holy crap is it good. probably hundreds of calories but good god.
