Has anyone heard this yet, or better yet validate it's authenticity?

For those who don't know what i'm talking about, a promo/bootleg 12" has recently appeared featuring the above track with instrumental.

I'd like to know too if it's really made by Cut Chemist. I'm a huge fan of his stuff...
