Ok here it is. Its been on my mind for the past couple of days so I figured I'd go ahead and start collecting names.

Please let me know if you want to participate by posting here or PMing me your address.

Let me know if you want to do the gift exchange or the card exchange or both.

Please note that if you want to take part in the holiday card thing then your address will be given to everyone else involved in the holiday card thing

Here's how it works:

Gift Exchange a.k.a. Secret Santa

I will stop collecting names on November 22nd (the tuesday before Thanksgiving) at 11:59 p.m. and I will let you know on the following Monday (Nov. 28th) who you get to give a present to.

After I stop collecting names i will put each name on a little piece of paper and fill up two toques with the same amount of names in each. i will then literally randomly pick the person you should buy for. If there is an odd number of people I will fill in the spot to make it even.

Please do not spend over $10 on the gift. handmade items are cool too. this is an international exchange.

The holiday card exchange is simple.
You will be put on my christmas card list and i will let other people have your address so that they can send you cards and you can send them cards and we'll all feel special cause we'll all get cards. woot.

any questions/suggestions/complaints/concerns/compliments!!/ let me know in this thread.

Thank you Ms Peachy! (the Royal Mail had put it in a plastic bag saying it had been damaged in the post, but all I could see the stamps were missing... nothing else was damaged).

british lick-on stamps tend to fall off quite a bit. they're shit. much prefer the sticker ones. my cards were lick-on ones though so fingers crossed the pound twenty or whatever it was stamps don't fall off!
