i was watchin this movie the other day (not such a great movie btw) and all of a sudden they start playing Transitions! :D

its kinda a shocker to hear any of the b-boys songs in a movie like that, nevermind one of their instrumental songs.

yea me tooo! wtf awesome.. they used it twice, and not just thrown wherever, it was in really powerful places.. i disagree though, i really liked the film alot more than i thought i would..

Yeah, the randomness of having that song in the movie makes me think that maybe the director is some huge BBoy fan. I thought the movie was pretty good though.

Lol, and in the theatre there were some younger kids talking throughout the whole thing and finally some girl stood and told them to shut up.

just dug this thread out of the grave because HOLY CRAP what a great movie, and i JUST saw it tonight. i know i'm late, but . . .

first can i just say the movie was amazing on so many levels -- other than just being an incredibly well-written and well-acted story, it was filmed beautifully in the two cities where i live and many chicago actors i know kept popping up in it.

but of course i'm here in beastie general because of TRANSITIONS! HA! i was so tickled when it popped up at not just one but two hugely pivotal moments in the movie. i love how it plays all the way through to the final sounds against cage's resolute crushing of the water cooler cone cup. it was just perfect. and it made me . . . proud. :o


EDIT: i guess i'm actually not in beastie general. this is press, whatever...

Yes I remember watching that boring ass movie and Transitions made it all better lol
