The only thing that would make me play golf is the local club. It's on a nort eastern tip of the Gleniffer Braes and the views are frikkin stunning and the idea of spending a Sunday morning up there seems like a great thing but the only drawback would be having to play golf.

For me its the associations with golf that put me off - status hungry old men, banning blacks, women and Jews. There's less of that these days but only because its now socially unacceptable but they'd still do it if they could.

i just rented it. it's tougher at first than the previous games, especially in putting, but it gets just as easy after a while. i shoot 50s/60s pretty much consistently.

sometimes it gets too long, too. you get tired of playing long ass tournaments.

yeah,i live near st andrews,every summer they come in their thousands just to play a game of golf on the old course,which is one of the shitist courses in the world,or so i've heard (n)

I used to play mario gold on the gameboy. I played it once and was so bored and I thought everyone else on the gold course was an idiot.

You people are morons! Golf itself is perfectly fun, innocent, and lovely. The people you're talking about who play golf are just generally rich wankers. If you go to most golf courses there won't be one of those stereotypical rich boys in sight, unless you go to like Beverley Hills or Kent or somewhere gay like that. Most golfers are safe as. I've been to many golf courses so I know that better than any of you fools.

Stop hating on golf or I'll get Joe Pesci to come and bash your head in with a 5-iron. (y)
