Firstly, upload your photo to a server. If you don't have one, try something like PhotoBucket (http://www.photobucket.com). Once your photo is uploaded, copy the URL of the image and paste it within the [IMG] tags in a post in the Sure Shots forum.

www.imageshack.us is a good place to upload your photos also because it gives you a direct link option for message boards/forums.
