i'm all stuffed up, and can't taste anything. i just ate a couple tangarines (or is it clemntines?), and was disappointed at how bland they were....then i realized i can't taste (insert some other word besides: anything). this sucks.

Mine started life as a sore throat. One of the guys in the office had been sick as a dog for a couple weeks, and I was feeling superior for not getting sick. For about three days, this worked.

I got over my cold in two days. I'm basically a warrior, like I keep telling people. I fight these illnesses off like it's nothing and save my sick days for when I want to go shopping or something. The trick for me is to load up on vitamin c, garlic extract and omega 3, 6 and 9 as soon as I feel it coming on.

Don't wanna rub it in, but feelin' pretty good!! Can I recomend apple cider vinager? Yeah, if your throat is sore, just take 8 oz of water and add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice and 2 tablespoons of honey...gargle awhile and I guarantee you throat will be feelin dandy!!

Also, you could take a glass of water and add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and drink it 4 times a day... that should help speed up your recovery

only cool thing i've gotten out of my cold is that in our environmental science class, where we were dealing with the decay of foods ( 3rd day of highly decayed food ), i couldn't smell anything and my nose isn't stuffed up. it was real weird seeing everyone flip out and gag.

my whole school did not that long ago, you'd go to class and sit down. one person would sneeze and the next person would cough and another person would cough, after 4 seconds another person would start having a coughing fit and someone would catch on, it'd stop for 1 minute and happen all over again.
i eneded up in the hospital too, from yellow gunk in my lungs (n) siick.

Some people have that lung butter when they laugh. Sounds so yuk just hearing it vibrating in there. I just think why not just cough it up instead of just letting it chill against ya lung.

take a spoon of honey,its good for a troat in fire!you can make a thea with lemon and honey!

do you have some menth oil,eucalyptus oil handy,you put a feew drop in hot water in a bowl,then put a towel over it ,insert your head and breath!
