Wait a little while...this thing takes a while to make it out to all subscribers. One of the test accounts I have signed up still hasn't received it either. If you wait and you still don't get it, check that you're on the mailing list (if you signed up after July 2004, you definitely should be...though you should be if you signed up prior to that too).

If you're sure you're on the list, check your junk/spam settings.

I got the previous e-newsletters and the message board birthday greeting thingie, so I'm fairly certain I'm on the list. Still nuttin' in my inbox.

Emails from the BBS are sent through a different system/database to the mailing list.

So, if you're sure you're on the list then I can only assume either your server didn't let the mail come through (e.g. some server-side programs like SpamAssassin might think it's junk, mine did) or there was a problem with the way the people at Capitol processed the list - which is possible.

You have to have your birthdate specified in your profile to receive the birthday greeting, which it looks like you do have. I don't know what to tell you, Jenny, other than maybe take Minton and TPK off of your holiday card list.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have the same birthday as TPK? I bet for his birthday they just get crazy and neglect all mb responsibilities!

If you sign up and you're already on the list, it won't add you again...but it won't tell you that you're already on the list either.
