why havent any of the gay rights / feminist groups come forward to defend the fired Carolina Panther cheerleaders? Amazingly silent.
Engaged in homosexual sex and they get fired over it?
Plus, NFL players smoke pot, dont pay child support, get arrested, etc all the time, and they get to keep their jobs after a brief suspension, but these two ladies get fired for something much less?
????????
The issue was not sex, but the assault that happened afterward.

well...they signed a contract stating that they would not engage in any activity that could embarrass the team or detract in anyway.
the homosexuality is not the issue....it's the SEX IN A PUBLIC BATHROOM and the assualt afterwards that's at issue.
buy hey, nice try at twisting the situation around, valvano.

and nfl players don't sign similar agreements?
i supposed had they been 2 fat lesbians with unshaven legs and armpits on their way home from a moveon protest then the gay rights groups would get involved.........

and nfl players don't sign similar agreements? yeah...and T.Owens is paying for it now.
i supposed had they been 2 fat lesbians with unshaven legs and armpits on their way home from a moveon protest then the gay rights groups would get involved......... :rolleyes:no...again...it was about the sex in a public place and the fight afterwards, AND the use of a fraudulent license.
get that through your head.
Again they were arrested for assault, not for having gay sex in the bathroom.
Yes, players sign similar agreements, but cheerleaders are expendable, and players are harder to come by.

I'd like to see some video evidence of this offence, before I comment.

Amazing, the ridiculous lengths to which some people will go to politicize the news.

Nothing new there. It must be empowering to be able to use totally unconnected things as a defence for an ignorant debating position.

Not at all. (Well, other than this bump that seems to be starting to get in the way.) Some of learn our lessons sooner rather than later, is all. Ask your girlfriend, I bet she knows what I'm saying.

Yeah, because we all know how awesome it is to stereotype homosexuals. Just look at my dykey black friend (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v131/QueenAdrock1/friends/shenay.jpg) who supports moveon. What a dog she is.
I'd have a problem if they were two straight people having sex in a bathroom. Wrong is wrong, regardless of sex, and people for homosexual rights realize this. They're not going to fight for something that was considered to be illegal, because it wasn't anti-homosexual in nature.

Cock blockers. Shame on you.

players are harder to replace
at my school (UCONN) some basketball players got busted for stealing laptops (from students, no less) and they got off with a few games suspension, or something ridiculous like that.
