On Channel4 tonight (November 9th 11.05pm) as part of their Music Hall of Fame (http://www.channel4.com/music/microsites/U/UKMHOF/index.html) season, they are counting down the greatest live shows of all time on British soil. Included in this list are the Beastie Boys at Brixton on their 1st UK tour and will feature interviews and show footage (y)

mhm... Queen Live Aid 1985 is #1.... disapointing... and also Sex Pistols in Manchester or somethin... who makes this flippin list? Id put Glasgow 99 at the SECC over any LTI 87 show.

I believe this is the infamous show where Horovitz got arrested for hitting a fan with a bottle or something. The Beasties or rather the tabloids in England created a lot of hype about the Beasties back in the LTI era.

But on another note...someone record it. It may be some new interviews or tour footage we haven't seen.

I was at 2 of those shows and have seen 8 of them live.
