And now I've got one. What the fuck, I don't get head aches
I cannot rest and I'm going insane. I know looking at a computer screen will make it worse and it is but I dunno what else to do with myself. I have turned the contrast down and the brightness off on the sceen. Any advice from all the usual stuff to do to get rid of head aches?

yes, I know. But I've come to this board for medical attention. It seemed liked the only logical thing to do.

Actually I'm feeling better since logging on here. I haven't been on the internet all day apart from 2 mins this morning. Maybe I hadn't had my normal 10 hours a day fix and that is why I have an head ache.
See, jackass, looking at the screen did help!

Kombucha tea. I recommend GT's but it's not easy to find--Whole Foods carries it, but it's in such high demand in my area that they can hardly keep it in stock.
other than that, I recomend three advil, a gallon of water and a bloody mary. In that order.

It's HEADCANCER. You need to have your skull cut open and the lump TORN out. And stop using a mobile phone. And stop sitting so close to a TV aerial.
