I never cared for the episodes that focused on Worf, but the actor himself seemed pretty cool. I wonder how long the makeup took to apply every day?

I think so...I saw some interviews with him and could feel the vibrations from his deep voice in my balls.
He also did the voice of some gargoyle in the cartoon with the same name. I think.
