well, I'd like to go back to Yorkshire. I had a great time living there. I suspect that if I was still there Super Leeds wouldn't have had such bad 'luck'.

I have a friend in Pittsburgh and she told me that the water out there leaves a film on your skin after a shower. Is this true Justin?

I've been around a lot of the US, Chicago is probably my favorite. Also Canada (Quebec, ay?), Mexico, England, and Kenya (lived there for four months.)

Lots of places i want to visit, but I want to go someplace with really good FOOD. Where's the best place to eat?
:p

Italy is the place to go for food. basically everything is great there. the bread is good, the pizza is good, the pasta is good, the ice cream is good, the wine is good..etc, etc. and when I say good, I mean boner.

For people who travel in asia(rock, drederick, skra75) , wich place is the best ? Japan, china..? What is the major positives attractions to travel there? Is it true that in hong kong the air is unbreathable?? That people in the street wear mask ?

Most of California, New York, Vancouver and Whistler BC (and Squamish, a real redneck town), Thailand, Malaysia, Goa, South Africa (Capetown), Rhodes (Greece), Lanzarote, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Mallorca.....and I'm sure there are others.

Sadly I haven't travelled much in the UK, never been to Manchester or Scotland. But we've just bought a monster sized tent, so we're planning on lots of camping trips in the next year (although I'm not sure there is much good camping in Manchester!)

I worked in HK for 6 months and generally, people didn't wear the masks for pollution reasons. I didn't notice any difference in the air from London, and would hazard a guess to say the air is cleaner there. The masks were worn by people scared by SARS and/or bird flu.

I loved HK and would recommend anyone to go there but also had an amazing time in Japan. I stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto and fell in love with the country and the people. I have some photos, if you want to see them, pm me.

as people have listed all the different places they've been in the US, does that mean i should list all the different places i've been in the UK? i'll stick to countries:
scotland, wales and quite far north in england. i love York. can't really say the same for Leeds tho, bit of a shithole.

over there: NY (city -- almost annually for about the last ten years), california, arizona, maryland, minnesota (where i once lived), toronto, michigan, massachusetts .... errr.
elsewhere: most (in fact, all) of western europe and scandinavia (except finland!), egypt, israel, hong kong, australia (where i got married and stayed for 3 months).

wouldn't mind going to south america.... oh and ireland. i'm going to rome for a long weekend next week, never been before, can't wait!

Would like to go: Mexico, Ireland, Japan, Brazil
