I watch the British League. Canada is a bit far to travel. We get all Canada's and North Americas old, retired and banned players to our league, who treat it like a holiday until they can play again in North America.

I wish more countries were hockey savvy. As is I can't name 20 countries who can field a team that won't lose 100-0.

I score hockey for the local men's league for $20 a game. I'm sick of hockey. :(

I do enjoy the fights though.

No way, that was like 3 years ago, how do you remember?

Anyways, it's a good job. I don't do much and get paid good money. But I'm sick of hockey.

Habs is short for Habitants, the nickname of the French Canadien farmers who came over from France in the 1600s. The nickname is still used in the form of the Montreal Canadiens team in the NHL, as well as middle/lower class people who follow the Canadiens.

The 'C' on the jersey represents Canada, while the 'H' represents the habitant farmers who built Canada. Thus the 'H' being in the heart of the 'C'.
