I think it stands up to a second viewing pretty well, because then even though you know the end, you notice all of the clues that you missed - because they were all right there in front of you the whole time.

But yeah, maybe by the third, it wears off. Still, a great film.

One I will always remember and hope to see again is the episode where this guy is made out of puss. And he lives uner escerlators at a mall. And they squash him in the escerlators I think.
