The winter months have arrived and soup is blatantly my winter food of choice.

My favourite is mushroom, but closely followed by Broccolli & Stilton.

What's yours?

Impossible to choose. I am a soup queen. I love to make soup, all different kinds of soup. There's nothing like coming home on a damp, chilly day and sitting down to a big steaming bowl of homemade soup, with a nice thick slab of bread and butter. Mmmm. Soup. Yum.

I'm more of a broth/stew kinda guy. Soup is good n' all, but I need something loaded with fresh veg and meat to keep me all snotty and shit.

YES! Mum does the best. In fact, I shall be bringing in a flask to sixth form this week to stink the place down.

MUSHROOM SOUP!

I fuckin' love mushrooms. Soup, pizza, raw, stir-fried, stuffed, anything and everything, I love them.

Closely followed by broccoli and cheese.

I tasted Tom Kha Kai soup on a hilltop in Evansville, Indiana and really enjoyed
it. That was about 3 years ago tomorrow. And I have been on a quest for the recipe ever since.

it's got to be corn chowder.
sweetcorn, potatoes, onions and lots and lots of cheese. it's basically cheese soup. not healthy in the slightest but hey.
failing that you can't beat a good hearty scotch broth.
